This is saving us a great deal of $ & time as we are a mobile church and otherwise would have to purchase the cabling and the displays. The moment we plugged that in, we haven't had ANY issues. This is necessary in or to tell ProPresenter you have an additional SD screen attached. Long story short, the app will only display something if you have the USB display link plugged in.even if you don't have any wired stage displays. Submit a trouble ticket and have them help you.
